About Wight Hot Salsa

Matt Kellett is a professional dancer, singer and musician. He has performed in Britain, Europe and America. A qualified dancer Matt began his career while an undergraduate at Brunel University. He taught dance in and around West London before moving to the Isle of Wight in 2001. He currently runs a club at the Waterside Café & Bar, The Esplanade, Ryde.

Matt's performing branch 'Salsa Sensation' have appeared at the Isle of Wight Festival, The Island Jazz and Blues Festival as well as numerous carnival and regatta events around the Island.

An experienced singer and musician Matt frequently performs at the club with his own Latin band as well as appearing at Cowes Week, The Sands Hotel and Barton Manor.

Matt holds the UKA Diploma in Dance and is a member of the Guild of Professional Teachers of Dance. He also holds a London Academy Gold Medal in Acting.

Matt's experience, easy going style, dance shows and live band make Wight Hot Salsa the premiere Salsa experience on the Island.
